Job Description - 【線上面試】供應商品質管理工程師 (SQE)

【工作內容】
1. 新供應商評估與審查, 與採購團隊進行資料審查與現場稽核
2. 新零件開發與風險評估, 與RD團隊/供應商合作完成新零件承認
3. 管理供應商進料品質, 進行年度稽核等品質管理活動達成材料品質績效指標
4. 材料異常問題解決, 追蹤供應商8D報告, 短期對策與長期改善成效, 有效避免問題再發
5. 與供應商進行持續品質改善專案 (CIP/QIT), 推動進料品質改善
6. 首批進料確認與零件檢驗標準書製作, 與IQC合作強化入料檢驗流程

【加分項目】

1. 具工程背景,製程,DFM者佳

2. 熟悉品質及統計工具/技能如FMEA,CP,Sampling Plan,MSA,SPC, etc

3. 具良好溝通協調能力, 英文流利者佳

4. 1年以上相關工作經驗
