Sr Accountant (Construction Sector)

Roles & responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain project-wise accounts, costs, and budgets.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor project expenses, payments, receivables, and payables.
• Handle bank reconciliation, taxation, VAT/TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, contractors, and management.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Good knowledge of project costing, taxation, VAT/TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must have personal vechile.
