Audit & Compliance Support: Partner with external auditors to ensure seamless execution of technical audits, accounting positions, and financial disclosures.
Qualifications & Background
Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining Public Accounting (Big 4 / National Firm) Advisory with corporate technical accounting roles.
Technical Mastery: Deep, working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, FASB Codification (ASC), and technical research tools.
Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on background handling tax equity, business combinations, and complex commercial contract reviews.
