International manufacturer of packaging supplies for the winemaking industry is seeking an additional in-house Accounts Coordinator for its California division. Account Coordinators ("AC") are responsible for providing efficient and courteous service and keeping professional relationships with the customer to meet the customer's needs. In collaboration with other departments, the AC keeps customers informed throughout the completion of their order.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing customer orders from reception to delivery in collaboration with the other departments. Maintain all customer files on the IT System Provide day to day support to the Sales Managers Handle all day-to-day phone and email communications with customers and other external parties.
Qualifications
5 or more years of successful and stable similar experience (e.g. Account Coordinator, Customer Service, Inside sales...) in the same or in a related industry. Working proficiency in MS Office and SAP Excellent customer service skills Good team player who communicates efficiently with others. Well organized Potential to grow into a more senior role.
