Job Description:
As a Sr Administrative Assistant on the Internal Audit Team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the department operating smoothly and on schedule by providing exceptional coordination, communication, and administrative support. You’ll manage complex calendars, Executive logistics, travel, and meetings while navigating shifting priorities and building strong relationships with Leaders and Executive Assistants across Southwest. By enabling Internal Audit Leadership to stay aligned, engaged, and focused on their highest‑priority work, you’ll help strengthen cross‑functional relationships and ensure the Team’s work is delivered efficiently and professionally. With a proactive approach, strong organization, and legendary Customer Service, you’ll drive seamless operations and support meaningful departmental initiatives and Culture‑building activities.

Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $60,650 per year to $67,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
