Robert Half is looking for a Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for an energy/trading company in the heart of downtown Houston. 100% onsite for a small, corporate team.
Duties include/but not limited to:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Greet and direct office visitors & vendors
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare correspondence and documents
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments
• Organize conference and meeting rooms
• Tidy and maintain the reception area, conference rooms areas, kitchen areas and copy room
area
• Prepare travel arrangements
• Assist with Investor and Board meetings set-up
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma, w/ 3-5 years of experience in an office environment
• Organizing and planning skills
• Reliable, professional, punctual, and patient
• Microsoft Office experience, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Attention to detail
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Proactive, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within tight timeframes
• Confidence and pride in work product, independent worker and problem solver
• Professional in appearance
• Proactive, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
• Excellent references
