JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage. Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business.SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy: Seasoned individual contributor. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

We are seeking an analytics solution developer to synthesize business questions and requirements into easy-to-understand analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL and data modeling leveraging multiple data sources. DAX experience is a plus. The developer must be a self-starter, able to work with a remote team, and have solid communication skills to translate user requirements into applications. Experience in supply chain supply chain technologies such as SAP is required. Experience with Blue Yonder is a plus. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in analytics or a master's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in analytics is required.What are the top 3 things you are looking for in a candidates experience:Must be self-starter, fast leaner and curious. The learning curve is steep.Must have solid SQL skills. This job will require lots of data querying, adhoc data requests.if they have previous MDT experience/SAP experience, this is a huge win.
