Summary:

In this role, you will perform complex analysis supporting our clients in various capacities. You will conduct financial analyses, including pricing, rebates, and administrative fees, to identify savings opportunities. You will use your expertise in data analysis to help find solutions to complex data requests, manage projects, and adapt to constant change. You will collaborate and interact with department management, team members, and internal customers, as well as report interpretation(s).​

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for analytics requests, including creating data sets and coordinating ad-hoc analyses to address inquiries and resolve anomalies.

• Analyze pharmacy purchase order line-item data submitted by members to determine current product usage and cost through data mining, cross-referencing, and pricing application, incorporating contract details and benchmarking.

• Communicate savings and cost reduction initiatives to Client Managers/Executives through spreadsheet documents, presentations, meetings, and one-on-one conversations.​

• Consult with Client Managers/Executives to gather requirements for new requests and determine the appropriate analytical solution.​

• Identify trends and performance levels for metrics based on established standards.  

• Manage month-end close reporting for Provista’s key accounts.

• Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• Five or more years of data analysis experience required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel required.​

• Working knowledge and experience with SQL preferred.

• Strong written, verbal communication, project management, and presentation skills highly preferred.​

• Experience working with pharmacy, distribution or health care data preferred.

• Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
