Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst Associate to support the FP&A team in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role will focus on data analysis, report preparation, and supporting business insights across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in financial planning and analysis.

What You'll Do

The essential functions below describe the general requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Incumbents may perform all or most of the primary accountabilities listed below. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent’s performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent’s immediate supervisor or manager.



  • Participate in, and contribute to, annual budgeting and forecasting of operational and financial activity including, but not limited to occupancy, average rent, home sales, maintenance expenses and utilities



  • Support data collection and analysis to assist in evaluating operational and financial performance

  • Assist in preparing reporting materials for leadership and internal stakeholders

  • Partner with internal teams to gather and validate data for reporting and analysis

  • Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making

  • Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards

  • Support month-end and forecasting processes through data validation and reporting

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For


  • Knowledge of real estate and the real estate industry

  • Ability and desire to learn and train on new software/systems; ability to become a recognized expert on those systems

  • Demonstrated strengths in organizational, attention-to- detail, follow-through, and accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly

  • Provide written and verbal explanations/information on complex issues that ensures comprehension by audience

  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks for multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic work environment

  • Must be self-directed; able to work independently and as a team player with a high degree of urgency and initiative

  • Bachelor’s Degree and strong academic record in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) or certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, etc.) a plus but not required.



  • 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics



  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).



  • Comfort and familiarity with basic finance and accounting theory.



  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and discipline required. Ability to demonstrate strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work with numbers, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights. Ability to break down complex problems and recommend data-driven solutions. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented.



  • Familiarity with NetSuite preferred
