Seeking a successful candidate to support and facilitate property control activities. Property Administrator is to ensure continual accountability of Government, associate contractor, Domestic / Foreign customer, and / or Company property in accordance with established and applicable government regulations, contractual requirements and / or company policy and procedures.

Primary duties include:
Support of property lifecycle activities such as identification, property inventory, monitor shipping reports, creation and maintenance of accountability records and transactions for both Customer and Company owned property.
Work with property custodians on property in their accountability. Provide training and support.
Utilize systems including but not limited to MS Office Suite, SAP and ARAMIS.
Engage with other Property Administrators and program personnel throughout the company to work and resolve property related issues
Become knowledgeable of all property related activities sufficiently to assist others in a support / back-up role capacity.

Qualifications/Experience Needed
Minimum 2 years associated work experience in similar occupation in a Production Operations / Property Management environment preferred.
Must have demonstrated good work discipline and performance history with demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner as assigned.
Must have good organizational, interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills to communicate and work assignment requirements / needs sufficiently with customers, coworkers and leaders to ensure accurate and efficient execution of assigned work tasks and effect resolution of routine process and document related issues.
Self motivated and readily / easily takes initiative under managerial direction to successfully accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Must be capable of functioning well in a high pressure, multi-tasking environment.
Must be computer literate and proficient / knowledgeable in use of industry standard business software i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point with demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and adapt new software applications to immediate business use.
Must be self motivated, self starter and be capable of working with minimal direction once established in the position.
Must be detailed oriented, and checks work routinely for accuracy as a matter of good work discipline.
Must have demonstrated ability, under assisted leadership direction, to lead / coordinate accomplishment of work tasks with others to ensure successful accomplishment of assigned tasking.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

or

an Advanced Degree in a related field

or

in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Government Property Management experience preferred.
Working knowledge and understanding of Government contracts
Seasoned professional contributor, National Property Management Association Certification preferred, CPPS.
Has knowledge of work area, FAR, DFARS and ability to read and apply regulatory requirements.
Physical inventory and material handling experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SAP; MS Office, MS SharePoint
Effective writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and drive change.
Ability to review data with an analytical approach to identify process disconnects or potential system errors.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
