Overview

The Sector IT Innovation Senior Analyst in this role is tasked with providing comprehensive IT support and technology guidance to the FP&A team, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the FP&A applications and drive future innovative solutions to leverage newer/standard technologies to meet business needs. Acting as a liaison between business teams, CTO teams, and external vendors, the senior analyst will play a crucial role in understanding, enhancing, and advancing the FP&A applications. The primary focus is on fostering collaboration and implementing technological solutions to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and resolve impediments, providing constructive solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to optimize system stability.
Collaborate closely with business teams, CTO teams, and external vendors to understand and capture business requirements for key functionality enhancements.
Identify opportunities to evolve the FP&A applications and streamline approaches to address business challenges.
Actively seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance FP&A technology.
Collaborate with teams to identify and leverage emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
Proactively engage with external technical partners for insights into evolving reporting solutions and analysis tools.
Contribute to the development and execution of a roadmap for technological innovation within FP&A
Drive POCs with newer technologies to understand the applicability.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in IT.
Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions.
Effective team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft suite tools (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Expertise in Tableau, Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL.
Good understand of data platforms and technology solutions.
Effective communication at all organizational levels.
Problem-solving skills within work and cross-functional teams.
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in managing deadlines, ambiguity, and change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
