Requirements
- Strong Accounting Operations FoundationGiven the Sr. Associate role is primarily focused on owning daily fund accounting, the position requires a sophisticated operational lens and core accounting chops

Responsibilities
- Own daily accounting operations: Oversee transaction processing, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
- Support financial reporting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs actual analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Drive month-end close: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting.
- Collaborate on process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and finance workflows for efficiency.
