Sr. Barista / Store Lead

Description

As a Sr. Barista / Store Lead, you're the go-to support for your store’s day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Café Manager to keep things running smoothly and help create a great experience for your team. From helping with admin tasks to jumping in where you’re needed most, you’re a key part of keeping the store on track. You’ll also play a big role in team communication, logging daily happenings, and making sure your manager is in the loop about any team-related concerns.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep the team in the know by sharing updates from your manager and passing along important info to the right people.
• Make sure your store is clean, stocked, and ready to go—every shift, every day.
• Tackle daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to keep your location looking sharp.
• Support the team in getting customer orders out accurately, efficiently, and with great service.
• Be confident and capable in all positions, whether you’re behind the counter, on the floor, or in the back of house.
• Take the lead on your shift—help manage labor, ensure team members get their breaks, and adjust to what the store needs in real time.
• Step in to resolve any guest issues with professionalism, using our steps of service to guide you.
• Help maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, food handling, and safety practices.
• Assist with training new hires using our onboarding tools and checklists to set them up for success.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous Customer Service experience 
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
