Sr. Bench Test Engineer
A startup client in Campbell, CA is looking for a senior engineer familiar with bench testing of electrical products to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The right candidate should be a self-starter, capable of operating in a bench testing lab environment independently and with minimal supervision (preferably, this person would even have some Technical Leadership, Team Lead, or Lab Management experience) as well as the following criteria:

Required:
• 4-5+ years of testing experience focused on bench level testing.
• Solid experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne, Advantest, etc. for 16-18bit DAC’s. (While this client outsources their ATE Testing to a 3rd party, this position will be in charge of communicating bench testing data to their 3rd party to help them streamline and more efficiently perform ATE testing.
• Experience creating test plans for analog devices. This can be Mixed Signal as well but must have a desire to work on analog devices and understand converting from DAC-ADC signals.

Pluses:
• Manager experience leading a technical team.
• C++.
• Python.
