Sr BI Developer Analyst - Hiring Immediately

Robert Half is hiring for a Sr. BI Developer Analyst. The primary responsibilities for this position involve regular management and execution of existing reports, along with additional reporting support as needed.

Job Description:

• Elicit and translate business reporting needs into technical specifications for business intelligence (BI) implementations.
• Develop and manage BI content (reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other analytic solutions) throughout the development lifecycle to facilitate effective business decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Lead the planning and execution of BI solutions, emphasizing rapid delivery and high-quality results.
• Perform complex analyses using data from various sources and formats, identifying key data trends and patterns.
• Evaluate BI tools and develop proof-of-concept and pilot solutions.
• Build comprehensive knowledge of business processes and data needs, using this knowledge to develop BI content for end-users.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business groups to ensure the precise delivery of business requirements.
• Stay informed about current and emerging trends in your assigned area(s) of responsibility, understanding their potential impacts and integrating new trends into future solutions.
• Support and drive organizational initiatives by positively influencing change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
