Position Overview:

The Sr. Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing the billing process for our company. This includes preparing and processing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all billing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner

- Monitor and track payments to ensure timely collection

- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies

- Communicate with clients to resolve any billing inquiries or issues

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and reports

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to billing and collections

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and collections

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
