About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $100-$120/Hr

Job Description:

• As a Business Analyst, 8 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in Airline domain is must.
• Travel & Hospitality Industry For example, if they worked in Hotel Chains related projects also preferred.

• Work with Business Stakeholders to understand business processes and procedures
• Become a subject matter expert in how existing software applications support current business processes
• Lead reviews of existing business processes and develop strategies for improvement
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Effectively document and communicate the results of your efforts
• Conduct data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
• Use operational data to predict trends in operational performance and forecast inventory consumption
• Design and implement SQL based queries and stored procedures for the purposes of data mining research, forecasting, report generation
• Work with internal development team and vendor-based application teams on application enhancements identified through data mining research
• Identify and suggest enhancements to data model.
• Experience in Airline domain is must
• Cloud apps Amazon web services cloud platform
• Microsoft technologies .net frame work

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to partner with business stakeholders to prioritize backlog as necessary
• Creative thinker paired with great attention to details
• Background in software delivery advantageous but not essential
• A charismatic self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
• Expertise on MRO / Cargo / Airlines Networking / Flight Plan domain areas
