Job Description - Sr. Business Management Analyst

COHO Consulting Group is

seeking a

Sr. Business

Management Analyst

for process analysis and process improvement support for the Government client. This person will be responsible for supporting the government with various process improvements, analysis, and facilitation to foster collaboration throughout Directorates and Divisions.

This role is hybrid on-site 2 days/week in Arlington, VA, and remote 3 days, unless otherwise required by the government project/meeting schedule.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Support the customers usage of the Baldrige Framework, alignment of organization to the strategic plan, and continuous process improvements.
Leverage existing analysis of client's operating procedures, and relevant experience of leading federal government and other public sector best practices to enhance the client's standard operating procedures.
Create plans for process realignment based on sound benchmark research as compared to internal metrics.
Analyze, prioritize, and update existing business processes, and create process visualizations (e.g. flow charts and process maps) that reflect new organizational structure, functions, roles, and responsibilities.
Deliver an executive summary, briefing, or case study which summarizes any recommendations for organizational and management solutions, upon the conclusion of all studies, research, or analysis projects.
Support developing briefings, reports or case study which summarizes any recommendations for organizational and management solutions, upon the conclusion of all studies, research, or analysis projects.
Facilitate sessions and data calls with subject matter experts to gain input and ideas for proposing improvements to the leadership.

Create minutes for all meetings, and those meetings shall be shared for verification and validation with the attendees. Once updated from attendee input, the minutes shall contribute to the creation, update, or elimination of final documents, not limited to standard procedures, policy, workflows, or process strategy.

Perform business analysis and document support strategies, evaluate and document data and criteria used in government support strategies, consult with the government to employ derive accurate requirements.
Support requirements analysis of the current logistics solutions and identifying existing requirements gaps.
Essential Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in business, science or engineering or other bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years of facilities-related improvement or management experience.

Required Knowledge/Experience:

Shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience with Federal customers
Five years experience using the Baldridge Framework
Experience creating and delivering training on process improvements, specifically in the context of the Baldridge Criteria
Presentation and briefing skills to directorate level managers
Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

Experience with analysis organizational development, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques
Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process mapping software
Electrical Engineering and/or Civil Engineering background
