Accountabilities
- Execute a structured marketing and outreach strategy across multiple platforms

- Conduct Zoom/phone interviews and onboarding
- Support individuals in their personal and professional growth journey
- Participate in weekly strategy, collaboration, and training calls
Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience (Business Operations, Senior EA, Project Support)
- Experience in a corporate or professional environment
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and commercially minded
- Passion for personal growth, leadership, and development
- Able to commit 15–20 hours per week, flexible to grow
- Fluent in English
