This individual contributor role reports to Episource's Senior Manager, Operations Delivery, and is a remote, full-time, work-from-home position.

Here is what your journey at Episource will look like: In your first three months at Episource, you will explore and learn our current business processes, workflows, and systems, uncovering opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
Throughout your first six months at Episource, you will create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for monitoring process performance and enhancements while engaging in benchmarking and research to uncover industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative process improvement approaches.
By the end of your first year at Episource, you will guide cross-functional teams through a transformative journey, revamping processes to eliminate inefficiencies, cut costs, and supercharge overall efficiency while partnering with stakeholders to unearth process improvement prospects, champion employee engagement, and empower the realization of employee-driven innovation.

Here is what you'll bring to the Expert Teams at Episource. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a business process specialist, business analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on process improvement
Expertise in process analysis techniques, including process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical process control
Proficiency in using process mining tools, data analysis software, and statistical tools (e.g., Asana, Lucid Chart, Excel, Tableau) to collect, analyze, and interpret process-related data.
Superior communication skills
Here are a few good-to-haves for the role at Episource: Master's degree
Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar preferred
Healthcare/Risk Adjustment experience

Salary Range (or rate): $80,000 - $100,000 / year
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements: please see our benefits section above for more information.)
