* Design of subdivisions and land development
* Zoning and approvals process
* Stormwater management
* Site design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans
* Site utilities
* PennDOT/DEP permitting
* Hydraulic calculations
* Cost estimating
* Preparing project proposals and managing contracts, reports, and invoicing
* Hiring/mentoring/managing junior engineers and designers
B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
* Professional Engineer license
* Prior land development experience required
* Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
* Prior project and client management experience
* Prior experience managing and developing junior associates.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Valid driver's license - for travel to client sites/meetings
* Ability to attend evening meetings
* Ability to obtain clearances (for PA school projects)
