Position Summary

The Client Intake Coordinator oversees the intake process for new clients, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service. This role leads a team of Client Intake Specialists, works closely with the Director of Marketing & Client Intake, and plays a key role in converting potential clients into clients.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with potential clients to assess fit and explain the value of our services


• Convert potential clients into clients by gaining their commitment to hire the firm


• Accurately record client details, process initial payments, and provide onboarding documents


• Lead, train, and coach Client Intake Specialists to ensure high performance


• Develop scripts, procedures, and processes for client conversion and data accuracy


• Provide marketing data and client feedback to leadership


• Make fee adjustments within established guidelines


• Participate in client care meetings to resolve escalations

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required)


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 3+ years in high-volume customer service or sales (required)
  
  
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role (required)
  
  
  • Experience in a goal-driven sales environment (preferred)
  
  
  • Law firm client service experience (preferred)
  
  
  • Any appropriate combination of education or experience may substitute for the above requirements
  
  
  
  


• Skills:
  
  
  
  • Empathy and professionalism when working with clients facing DUI or related charges
  
  
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  
  
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team
  
  
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  
  
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
  
  
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred
