Senior Client Services Coordinator – SRS Industrial
Location: Dallas, TX
Reports to: National Manager
The Opportunity:
SRS Industrial is growing rapidly, and we’re hiring a high-performing Senior Client Services Coordinator to support nationally across our industrial platform. Reporting to the National Manager, this role will work across departments, Marketing, Research, IT, HR, and Brokerage, to ensure our internal and client-facing initiatives are executed flawlessly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Project & Marketing Support
• Coordinate national proposals, offering memorandums, and pitch presentations
• Assist in the creation, proofreading, and design of marketing materials — including flyers, email campaigns, property websites, social media assets, and digital content
• Maintain and update listings on external and internal platforms
• Maintain internal tracking tools, and templates, for scalable marketing and operations processes
Administrative & Operational Execution
• Schedule and manage deadlines and project timelines across multiple departments and team members
• Track key initiatives, follow up on action items, and maintain project reporting for national workflows
• Assist Research with internal databases and tools for lease/sale comps, marketing production, research updates, and CRMs
• Support document editing, due diligence coordination, and submission of deal paperwork
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Ops, Marketing, IT, HR, and Research
• Help prepare client deliverables and respond to ad hoc project requests
• Maintain high standards of professionalism in all client-facing and internal interactions
