Position: Sr. Commercial Loan Officer
Department: Business Services
Reports To: Director - Business Services
FLSA: Exempt
The Senior Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing and managing commercial lending and business member relationships to drive portfolio growth and expand business services. This role identifies new business opportunities, cultivates prospective members, and strengthens existing relationships through consultative sales and exceptional service. Responsibilities include originating and assisting with the underwriting of commercial loans, evaluating member financial needs, recommending appropriate lending and deposit solutions, and maintaining strong credit quality within the loan portfolio. The position collaborates with internal teams and leadership to achieve growth objectives, promote credit union products and services, and ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations, policies, and procedures.
