• Participates with Senior Leadership on strategy development and issue resolution. Advanced

Essential Functions:

40% Provides executive leadership with a platform to articulate organizational goals, foster transparency and align with the Company's vision. Works closely with business divisions to understand opportunities and priorities to provide strategic oversight and direction of various communications need which may be anticipated or unplanned.
30% Leads the development and amplification of strategic communications, including but not limited to tactical printed marketing materials, digital communications, presentations, thought leadership, talking points, and more.
20% Works collaboratively with senior leadership to prepare them for high-stake engagements and strengthen their everyday communications.
10% Leverages analytics to determine effectiveness and seek continual improvements of communications engagement.
