Sr Communications Consultant - with Great Benefits

Seeking for a talented Senior Translator and Editor (Spanish/English) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating, reviewing, proofreading, and validating content while adhering to strict style guides, terminology, deadlines, and procedures. Additionally, you will conduct post-translation reviews, support ad hoc projects, and address linguistic queries from internal clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Translate, review, proof, and validate content in context, adhering to strict guidelines and deadlines.
• Conduct post-translation reviews, reporting defects, and verifying fixes.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.
• Respond to client feedback, analyze legal/compliance feedback, and verify feedback implementation.
• Address linguistic queries and consultations from internal clients and vendors.

Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of translation industry experience, project management experience, or a combination.
• Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English.

Desired Qualifications
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish translation or linguistics.
• ATA certification.
• Experience with Computer Assisted Translation and Terminology tools.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
