CorVel is searching for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for development and administration of the organization’s compensation programs, ensuring a competitive market based pay structure is in place while ensuring internal equity is maintained. This role will lead various projects to identify, analyze and recommend solutions for equity concerns. An ideal candidate for this position would be an experienced individual who is comfortable owning the function independently and has experience building business cases and relaying recommendations to all levels of leadership.
This will be a remote role.

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $93,701 – $145,635
