In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of Voice AI and Agentic systems within the healthcare sector. Accountabilities
- Lead the architectural design for Voice AI and Agentic Agent platforms.
- Define best practices and technical standards for end-to-end Voice AI systems.
- Implement real-time conversational workflows utilizing LLMs and NLMs.
- Architect API-first and event-driven integrations across various platforms.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards in Voice AI workflows.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in advanced AI system design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and automation.
- Hands-on expertise in Voice AI technologies including LLMs, STT, and TTS.
- Strong background in API architecture and distributed systems.
- Proficient with programming in Python or modern backend languages.
- Experience with CCaaS platforms (Five9, Genesys, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
