Sr. Coordinator, Broadcast and Event Presentation

Description

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Senior Coordinator of Event Presentation who will be responsible for providing support to our broadcast rights holders for all home matchdays and events.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liason for all broadcast rights holders for all Inter Miami CF home games, including MLS and other competitions, MLS Next Pro, Chase Stadium International friendly games and other events.
• Ensure all broadcast needs between production truck and Chase Stadium facilities are met.
• Manage all broadcast crew credential needs for gamedays.
• Oversee and plan Broadcast Interview Locations; manage interview requests, pitch hits, sideline reporters.
• Manage all press conference logistics for post-game press conferences.
• Request workorders and support transmission needs for live streams.
• Maintain vendor relationships with broadcast equipment and technical vendors. 
• Assist with MLS Next PRO match productions, with camera setups, sending A/V feeds, working control room equipment.
• Manage home and away radio broadcast needs.
• Assist with away match coverage from Chase Stadium and local watch parties.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience with a professional sports team is a plus.
• Bilingual preferred. 
• Strong understanding of broadcast crew gameday workflows and needs.
• Understanding of brand awareness. 
• Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 
• Adobe cloud, after effects, photoshop, premiere knowledge preferred. 
• Exceptional knowledge and passion for the sport and culture of fu´tbol preferred. 
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment is required. 
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays as required.
