Summary
Seeking a seasoned, business-oriented paralegal to serve as a critical internal resource across contract law, IP protection, employment law, and general corporate legal support. This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of paralegal experience in a fast-paced corporate legal department who is comfortable working independently and directly with leadership.

Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and edit a wide variety of legal agreements
• Provide counsel on compliance, risk, and IP enforcement issues
• Manage contract negotiation cycles, including NDAs and vendor/customer agreements
• Support employment law compliance and internal policy development
• Lead IP protection activities, including trademarks, copyrights, and patent support
• Liaise with outside counsel as needed on escalated legal issues
• Maintain contract templates and improve negotiation efficiency
• Provide research and guidance on transactional, operational, and regulatory matters

Requirements
• 8+ years’ paralegal experience in a corporate legal department
• Bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate (or equivalent education)
• Deep knowledge of corporate agreements, IP law, and employment law
• Experience managing contract workflows with limited oversight
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
