Sr Counsel (Inhouse Commercial Attorney, Hybrid) - Collaborative Environment

Our client, a high growth tech company in the Atlanta, GA area, is seeking a full-time permanent inhouse attorney. This role will drive sales, procurement, commercial related transactions legal matters, and legal operational excellence.

• Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge in data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters relevant to technology companies.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar association.
• 6-10+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial transactions and contracts within a technology or related industry.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with a strong understanding of commercial and contract law principles.
• Experience supporting sales teams in achieving business goals while managing legal risks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to assess legal and business implications of complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
