This role is pivotal as it will guide the newly integrated company into the next stage of growth and technical maturity. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to scale the engineering organization effectively, ensuring high-quality execution across all client engagements. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will be essential in building client trust and aligning expectations. This leadership position is not just about management but also about being a technical authority who supports sales and account teams while crafting a vision for future technology advancements.
Accountabilities
- Scale the engineering and delivery teams from ~50 to 100+ people during the next growth cycle.
- Build the right leadership structure: tech leads, delivery managers, QA leads, and engineering managers.
- Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
- Establish and optimize delivery processes, SDLC workflows, QA frameworks, and engineering standards.
- Ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery with strong KPIs and performance metrics.
- Join client calls as the senior technical representative—bringing credibility and clarity.
- Drive the technical vision aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- A seasoned technology leader with experience in scaling engineering organizations.
- Strong technical foundation across architecture, engineering, and delivery.
- Ability to support sales conversations by building trust.
- Strong operational mindset with experience in implementing processes and KPIs.
- Experience in leading through integration and change in a newly acquired environment.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational roles.
