In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial clarity and growth of various clients by designing and automating data systems that are essential for sound financial decision-making. Accountabilities
- Work directly with clients to assess, restructure, and improve financial data for effective solutions
- Perform FP&A-style analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power Query
- Build and maintain complex financial models, including robust cash flow forecasting tools
- Clean, transform, and normalize financial data for reporting and analysis
- Ensure data aligns across P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow models
Requirements
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including LAMBDA functions
- Strong experience with Power Query and working knowledge of Power BI
- Understanding of accounting and financial data, including P&L, balance sheets
- Experience in cleaning and structuring complex financial data
- Ability to independently assess data structures and propose improvements
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script or JavaScript
- Experience with API integrations and data connectivity
