Sr. Data & Business Systems Specialist

Position Summary: As Senior Data & Business Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's data, reporting, integration, business application, and emerging AI solution needs. You will take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing business systems, data solutions, and operational processes that enable informed decision-making and improved business performance. This role offers the opportunity to expand your technical capabilities while developing a deep understanding of our business operations and processes.

In addition, you will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will collaborate with business users, external vendors, and technology partners to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and contribute to projects throughout the solution lifecycle. Working closely with peers and leadership, you will help address business challenges and support technology solutions that drive organizational success.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business process and technology challenges


• Support, maintain, and enhance core business applications


• Develop and support data integration solutions, SQL-based applications, and EDI processes


• Support business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives across the organization


• Partner with vendors, consultants, and technology providers to support business objectives


• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training


• Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation


• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and application releases

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• 5+ years of relevant professional experience


• Strong SQL development and database skills


• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate)


• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Database


• Experience with EDI processes and technologies


• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric


• Familiarity with AI, and machine learning concepts


• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners


• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills


• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams

Pay Range: $90,320-$112,900/Annually
