Sr Demand & Asset Planner

As Resideo celebrates our first time reaching the Fortune 500 list, we’re looking for you to further support our growth through New Product Introduction (NPI) by playing a critical role at the center of our commercial organization - driving smarter decisions, improving forecast accuracy, and helping us deliver the right products to the right customers at the right time.

As a Senior Demand & Asset Planner, you’ll be a key driver of our forecasting strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to turn data into actionable insights. 

In this role you will: 

• Build and own demand forecasts across customers, products, and time horizons.
• Lead demand planning and cross-functional coordination for New Product Introductions (NPI), including developing initial forecasts and ensuring strong launch execution and post launch tracking.
• Lead monthly forecast alignment discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate real-time business intelligence.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
• Support supply chain strategy by providing key inputs on inventory, product launches, and phase-outs.

• Continuously improve forecasting models using analytics and error tracking.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field
• 3+ years of demonstrated strong proficiency in statistics and forecasting methodologies
• 2+ years operating with demand planning tools (e.g., o9, SAP/APO, Manugistics, Oracle Demand Planning, Oracle Demantra or similar systems)
• The ability to work in a hybrid work environment (in-office Tues/Weds/Thurs, remote/work from home Mon/Fri)

WE VALUE

• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or other forecasting/planning certifications
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit that carries the ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable while being a member of a collaborative team
• Experience in a Demand Planning environment with more than 2000 SKUs
• Experience working directly with senior and executive leadership teams
