Sr Director Finance

YOU MUST HAVE

• 12+ years progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles

WE VALUE

• Extensive experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing finance
• Strong understanding of government contracting / program finance
• Demonstrated success in leading site-level financial operations
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior leadership levels
• Experience managing in a complex, matrixed organization 
• Proven ability to drive business transformation and cost productivity
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $232,000 - $290,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.”
