About the Role
Role Purpose
The Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing will set the vision and roadmap for the US & Canada marketing team. They be responsible for planning, development, and implementation of the brand, content, creative and customer marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have a creative, problem-solving mind, with strong inter-personal skills to collaborate with leaders within RS, leaders of global manufacturers, and inter-departmental personnel.
The Senior Director of Marketing is directly responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget, leading the creative services team, and working across business functions to elevate the RS brand among target personas by effectively communicating the evolving RS value proposition.
