Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year depending on experience

Position Summary
On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company”), this position is responsible for the oversight and coordination of Clinical Services throughout the company. This includes multi state regulatory interpretation and implementation, EMR clinical update implementation, clinical compliance, oversight of the QA team and training for Directors of Nursing within CNS.
Essential Functions
Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
- Develops a training plan for new Directors of Nursing.
- Makes visits to conduct in-person training for new Directors of Nursing.
- Follows up with Directors of Nursing after orientation providing support as needed.
- Assists Directors of Nursing with regulation interpretation and application of regulations.
- Supports Directors of Nursing in Clinical policy development as needed.
- Participates in Policy Committee.
- Provides support for GMs with Director of Nursing disciplinary action as needed.
- Supports and provides guidance to Directors of Nursing with navigating clinical issues.
- Supports General Manager KPIs by communicating and driving them with Directors of Nursing.
- Acts as an Alternate Administrator/Director of nursing for states as needed.
- Assures good standing of CNS Cares home health licensures.
- In conjunction with the Compliance team, performs mock surveys.
- Acts as a resource for regulatory surveys and preparation.
- Is available to teams when a survey occurs.
- Participates in plan of correction development as needed.
- Ensure excellent quality of patient care is delivered.
- Ensure that each patient admitted has appropriate documentation completed and that each patient receives the patient's bill of rights/consumer rights.
- Ensures that clinical teams submit QAPI plans and chart audits timely and within deadlines.
- Assists with disciplinary action and other Human Resources processes as applicable.
- Assists Human Resources, as needed, to ensure personnel policies, job descriptions, and personnel records are maintained and updated as needed.
- Demonstrates leadership in the implementation of quality improvement changes within the organization for improvement of patient care.
- Sets the tone for professional and ethical compliance practices.
- Demonstrates effective delegation of tasks, working with and through others as needed.
- Demonstrates leadership in all required clinical accountability.
- Acts as a resource for clinical decision-making.
- Considers age-related factors with patient care for the adult and elderly when providing home care.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Training
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing
- Compact Nursing License
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- At least five (5) years of experience in nursing leadership in home health.
- Multi-state oversight/regulatory experience
- Travel to offices within the United States up to 50% of the time.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Resides in a major CNS Cares Market
