At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.
The Opportunity:
Tekmetric is the leading platform for the automotive repair industry and we are growing fast. We have a core shop management platform that thousands of auto repair shops depend on every day, a growing suite of add-on products including payments and marketing, and more in the pipeline.
That growth creates real complexity. Going to market with a multi-product platform across multiple segments, while extending our primarily sales-led model into product-led growth motions for select products, demands a product marketing function that is strategic, cross-functional, and built to scale.
This is a hands-on opportunity to build that function. You will own how we position and commercialize our products, coordinate how we go to market, and create the clarity that allows every team to execute with confidence. You will ensure our products are not just built, but understood, chosen, and adopted by the shops we serve.
The right person for this role is not looking to manage a team from day one. They are excited to do the work themselves, build the foundation, and grow the function over time. If you are someone who gets energized by building something meaningful from the ground up, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do:
This is the foundation everything else is built on. You will develop and maintain Tekmetric's positioning at the portfolio level and for each product we offer. Your work will set the tone for how we communicate with customers and the market.
You will own how Tekmetric brings products and features to market – not just the launch plan, but the full commercial strategy behind it. You are the one who ensures that what we build reaches the shops most likely to buy it, with a story that lands.
This role starts with you. Over time you will build the team, the processes, and the infrastructure that allows product marketing to scale with Tekmetric. You will be accountable for ensuring that everything you build connects to business outcomes – pipeline quality, win rates, product adoption, expansion, and retention. That is how product marketing earns its seat at the table.
