Sr Dry Etch Process Engineer

Troubleshoots wafer fabrication problems and performs root cause analysis. Works with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Evaluates products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications. Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement. 3+ years of experience in Dry Etch Process Engineering in the Semiconductor Industry. Engineering degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with either Lam, TEL or AMAT toolsets. 5+ years of Dry Etch Process Engineering in the Semiconductor Industry. 5+ years of experience with either Lam, TEL or AMAT toolsets as a Process Engineer. Engineering degree strongly preferred (mechanical, electrical, chemical, material science, physics, etc.)
