SR ENGINEER, FE GLOBAL MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

Facilitate WW ME forums, area network meetings, and sustain/audit existing global BKMs and business processes. Analyze line performance, equipment utilization, OEE, workstation/block WPD, and capacity readiness using Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing. Build a motivating environment that strengthens team engagement and enables members to reach their fullest potential. Collaborate with multi-functional and multicultural teams globally, demonstrating strong cultural agility and the ability to build rapport remotely and in person. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant semiconductor engineering roles. Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm fully-automated semiconductor manufacturing process preferred. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Fab Capacity Management, Equipment Utilization, and Line Management. In-depth knowledge of MES, Scheduling Systems, Line Management systems, and related production/planning reporting tools. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) to enable automation and data-driven decision making. Experience in cycle time management, inventory optimization, constraint management, and fab operations analytics. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
