OVERVIEW:
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and highly engaged professional to support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, located in Taunton, Mass. The incumbent is responsible for proactively planning and managing extremely challenging and demanding work schedules. The incumbent will provide general support and coordination of the Executive Office, which may include time management, report generation, relationship development, creation and coordination of an electronic filing system, written and verbal communications with several critical stakeholders internally and externally to the bank. A proven track record of performing with professionalism, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion. This is an expert who can work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities with sophistication and precision.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO and COO, ensuring responsiveness and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls, creating an organized information flow, resolving scheduling conflicts and anticipating challenges before they occur.
Prepare the executives for critical board meeting such as;
- Staff meetings
- Division and strategic planning
Act as a communication bridge between executive, senior staff, external stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
Coordinate administrative support for company events involving executives or the entire company.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to protect clients and company operations.
Develop and implement efficient filing systems for easy access to critical information.
Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
Maintain a professional and composed demeanor, representing the CEO's office with confidence.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Participate in community activities as a representative of the Bank (time permitting).
Assist other C-suite members when required by workload demands.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Outlook
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in financial services.
Strong writing and editing skills to ensure clear and grammatically correct communication.

None

INDEPENDENT ACTION:
Performs work within established guidelines and according to specific procedures. May resolve some problems rather than referring them on. Prefer an independent learner with creative abilities. The position requires a person who can work in a fast paced and stressful environment and have the ability to prioritize based on executive management strategic goals and objectives as well as multi-task.
