Sr Executive Compensation Consultant

Job Title: Senior Executive Compensation Consultant
Location: Irvine, CA / Santa Clara, CA / Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in Compensation
• 7+ years in Executive Compensation (public company)

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of executive compensation governance & regulations
• Experience with Compensation Committee processes and annual planning cycles
• Expertise in regulatory filings (Proxy/CD&A, 10-K, 8-K)
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, data validation)
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation, tracking, and audit readiness experience
• High attention to detail and confidentiality handling
