Sr Experience Designer - Fraud Prevention Tools

Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating intuitive designs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, all while prioritizing user needs and preferences to deliver engaging and aesthetically pleasing experiences. Perform product designs specialized in experience design knowledge and developed business expertise Lead projects and/or programs within the product function with moderate scope impacting function or sub-function Create customer experiences across digital and physical products within general parameters under broad supervision May act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in experience/product design, ideally with exposure to complex systems or enterprise tools Good understanding of systems thinking, workflow design, and process simplification Demonstrated collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, content, and research Portfolio showing end-to-end design process from research and concepts to final designs Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate design decisions to various audiences Enthusiasm for creating tools that empower users and drive business value Experience with user research methods and usability testing Experience designing for internal tools, B2B products, or data-heavy applications Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard design Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to communicate them through design Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Experience working with design systems and component libraries Understanding of agile development processes Experience in fintech, risk management, or fraud prevention domains Familiarity with enterprise software design patterns Knowledge of front-end development concepts Experience conducting workshop facilitation and design sprints
