Job Summary:

Jeeter is seeking an exceptional, team-oriented Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead all regional marketing efforts across California. The primary goal is to manage the field team, increase sell-through, and enhance brand awareness. This role involves crafting and executing high-quality regional marketing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing data, and overseeing the marketing team in both the field and office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive sell-through and brand awareness across California.

Plan and manage marketing promotions and special events, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision and strategic goals.

Develop and execute short and long-term marketing and promotional strategies for the California market.

Team Management:

Supervise and lead the California field marketing team, including hiring, training, managing workloads, schedules, and deadlines.

Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers outstanding performance.

Manage a team of 10+ direct reports, including field team members responsible for in-store demos and events.

Event and Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning and execution of in-store displays, pop-ups, and field team demonstrations.

Lead the creation and execution of brand-appropriate promotions, including product launches, boutique drops, universal promotions, and wholesale promotions.

Manage promotional marketing inventory budgets and distribution.

Budget Management:

Manage, monitor, and execute a marketing budget of over $5 million annually.

Oversee monthly sales and marketing accrual programs, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

Lead cross-functional communications and partnerships within the California region, acting as a liaison between marketing and key organizational partners.

Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and HQ Marketing Director to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Performance Measurement:

Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness using data-driven metrics.

Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience managing marketing budgets over $5 million annually.

Strong understanding of both wholesale and retail marketing strategies.

Metric-driven with demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of business savvy.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with software like Asana, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Ability to adapt plans in a rapidly changing business environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks in real time.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of field marketing experience

5+ years of experience in marketing programs, campaigns, and events, particularly in the mass consumer retail industry.

3+ years' experience with forecasting reports and sales

5+ years' experience managing a team of 10+ individuals.
