Sr Financial Services Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sr. Financial Services Officer to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing personal and transactional activities for our Members, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring efficient account maintenance. As a Sr. Financial Services Officer, you will also assist in supervising the Cash Department and contribute to the overall operations of the branch.

What you'll do:

• Member Assistance: Process various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks, while troubleshooting member inquiries and issues.
• Consumer Loan Origination: Support lenders in taking loan applications, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate loan closing procedures.
• Cross-Selling: Identify and recommend appropriate financial products and services to Members based on their needs and cues.
• Branch Operations: Assist with branch balancing duties and ATM maintenance and ensure compliance with security procedures. Open and close the branch as needed.
• Account Management: Facilitate the opening and maintenance of personal accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing Members.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a credit union or financial institution, preferably in a teller or member service role.
