Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Footwear Designer (Slippers) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of trend-right, comfortable slippers that resonate with customer needs and market direction. You will also support the design of women’s and kids’ athletic footwear, with strong opportunity for growth and expanded ownership across these categories.
Location: This is fully onsite position based at our NYC headquarters in the Garment District.

What We Offer
Salary: The anticipated base salary is $90k-$120k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
