In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the architectural designs and implementation processes for the company's innovative heating solutions. Accountabilities
- Lead the conception, development, and implementation of new, complex features for the website and other business processes.
- Design, standardize, and implement robust APIs to facilitate communication between various systems.
- Establish and monitor standards for code quality and testing, including code reviews and mentoring developers.
- Shape the architecture of the CI/CD pipeline and optimize deployment environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve the platform and maintain a strategic advantage.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in full-stack development, ideally in an agile startup environment.
- Profound knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
- Proficiency with Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and deployment platforms like Heroku.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus.
