With Northrop Grumman, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to be an essential part of projects that will define your career, now and in the future.\n\nNorthrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual for the position of Material Analyst Level 4 to join our growing team of diverse professionals on the IBCS NAREW Program. This individual will serve as the Cost Account Management (CAM) Lead and will support the day-to-day activities to budge, plan, and report on a Material budgets for the production delivery of Major End Items.\n\nThe Program Cost Schedule Production \u0026 Material Analyst will report to the Global Supply Chain Organization will be responsible for supporting Northrop Grumman Poland IAMD Modernization Business Area in compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and program implementation of Production Materials and Subcontracts.\n\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\n\n * Perform Control Account Management (CAM) duties providing monthly Earned Value Management cost/schedule data for the IBCS program\n\n * Responsible for manufacturing support on programs in compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements\n\n\n\n * Cost Performance Reporting requirements utilizing the Micro frame Project Manager (MPM) tool\n\n * Reporting variance analysis and preparing cost reviews\n\n * Generate weekly material reports\n\n * Develop EAC Analysis for Material and Production of the Major End Items (MEI)\n\n * Utilize SAP Material Resource Planning (MRP), transaction codes, data field elements and material business management processes to complete earned value reporting\n\n * Support Integrated Product Teams on the MEIs\n\n * Set up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on Contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system\n\n * Maintain Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance including cost/schedule integration\n\n * Perform analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines\n\n * Prepare and maintain spend plans; develop and review Estimates at Complete (EACs); incorporate changes into the EVMS system in order to maintain cost and schedule baselines\n\n * Lead EVMS activities including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and alignment; time-phasing of tasks; developing and documenting earned value methodologies; performance measurement; estimate to complete analysis and updates and variance analysis research and reporting\n\n * Create financial charts in support of program management and program reviews; identify cost impacts and develop recovery plans as required\n\n * Responsible for actuals reconciliation, budget change requests and ensuring proper accounting.\n\n * Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 12 years of profession al related experience. Bachelor\u2019s degree with 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master\u0027s degree with 6 years of related professional experience.\n\n * Working experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost Account Management monthly reporting\n\n * Use of Deltek Cobra or MPM\n\n * Proficiency with SAP or Similar Material Resource Planning tool\n\n * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint (i.e. working with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting)\n\n\n\n\n\u200bPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Professional Certifications in Earned Value Management or Project Management a plus\n\n * Proficiency of the following systems or software: Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) or similar project management\n\n * Software, w/Insight, SAP Management Project Systems Module and Business Warehouse (BW)\n\n * Experience in the following disciplines include and are not limited to Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Purchasing, Subcontracting, Supply Chain Management and Production\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $168,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
