In this critical role, you will spearhead the marketing function across various paid and organic channels to drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketers and content creators while ensuring accountability and performance against set targets. Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable all marketing and content team members.
- Oversee weekly sprints, KPIs, and execution quality.
- Drive paid and organic teams to consistently meet lead-generation targets.
- Collaborate with leadership on offers, strategy, and execution direction.
- Monitor metrics and proactively adjust to sustain growth.
- Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations.
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Ensure flawless ad creation, optimization, and split-test execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a senior or director-level digital marketing leadership role.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams across paid ads, email, SEO, content, and video.
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive lead and revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching ability.
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Preferred Education: Master’s or PhD.
